Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using the browser workspace, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, and AI Disclaimer.

JARO is intended for adults. Minors are outside the supported launch surface unless a future age-gate and jurisdiction-specific parental-consent flow is explicitly activated.

Service scope

JARO is an AI-assisted planning and scheduling service delivered digitally through the authenticated browser shell and related product surfaces.

AI outputs are advisory only. They may be incomplete, stale, or incorrect and must not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other high-impact professional advice.

Accounts, billing, and rollout

You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all actions taken through your authenticated session.

Paid plans are not yet active on the public browser shell. Before billing begins, JARO must publish live pricing, cancellation logic, and checkout disclosure that stays consistent with the Refund Policy and hosted checkout flow.

Acceptable use and enforcement

Abuse, credential sharing, attempts to bypass rate limits or safety controls, unlawful use, or misuse of outputs as authoritative advice may lead to suspension or termination of access.

The detailed prohibited-use list is maintained in the Acceptable Use Policy so enforcement language stays visible on the public trust surface.

Liability and updates

JARO is provided on an as-available basis. Availability, provider dependencies, and model behavior may change over time, especially while the product remains in expert beta posture.

Material policy changes will be communicated through the service or linked trust surface before they become effective.
